Why be bald if you don't have to? I ask my friends this question because I know that people perceive you in a different way when you are losing your hair. You do have a choice to do something about it. Hair restoration has truly made me feel better about myself and more positive about my future.

I am writing to make you personally aware of the type of service as well as the image that is being represented at [Bosley Medical] Chicago office. I make my living as a police officer, so I am trained to be very observant.. the staff was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional at all times. They made me feel very confident about making Bosley Medical my choice....I cannot even begin to tell you how pleased I am to have made that decision! From the moment I arrived for my procedure, until the moment I left, I was treated with the highest degree of professionalism. The offices were immaculately clean and the entire staff appeared very well groomed. Everyone appeared to work extremely well as a team and made me feel quite comfortable at all times...afterwards, everything was explained in full detail about the healing process and the doctor gave me a direct number to reach him in case I had any questions or complications. So often, when a person seeks medical care, he or she is inconvenienced or treated differently. Often this is because the doctors, nurses and other staff are over-burdened with tasks and unable to devote time to making patients feel at home...I am happy to report that Bosley Medical is none of these things. The service I get from you is top-notch. The doctor was thorough, completely competent and friendly. His staff demonstrated the same qualities. The front office people were wonderful, too. Such professionalism is rare these days. All of you are a credit to the medical profession and nice people as well. I just wanted to drop you a letter and tell you how much I appreciate what you [Bosley Medical] have done for me and how you've changed my life ... I started noticing my receding hairline at about 19 years old and gradual thinning over the next three-six years. It was the single most horrible thing that has ever happened to me... All anyone ever saw was my sides and back because a baseball hat was my best friend... I bought hats to match outfits ...
